Santo Domingo´s Church of Betanzos is a building from which we have very few documents of its life. Most of the documents about it have been burned, destroyed and lost, so that this few documents are dispersed in small books, writings and articles of historians who have written about the story of this building. For this reason, the main target of this thesis is to investigate, search and collect all of these studies which talk about Santo Domingo in order to put them together in a unique work that can lead, as far as possible, to create a recreation of the historical and constructive evolution of this building. Another important target of this thesis is to explain graphically the growth that the church has suffered, from its origin to this time. It is to explore what its different construction phases have been, so that we can perform a chronological study of its evolution. In order to do that, it is essential to carry out the first target, the more information about the church, the more rigorous it will be.
